Joan MargaretCANNINGS(née Smith) Beloved wife of the late Ian George Cannings and mother. Passed away peacefully at home on 1st October aged 98yrs. The eldest of six, born to Ernest and Gwendoline Smith on September 29th 1923. She will be greatly missed by her children, Diana and Charles; grandchildren, Lucy and Fenella; great grandchildren, Zebediah and Éponine, together with her surviving sisters, Ruth and Una. A funeral service will be held at 1.00pm on Monday 25th October 2021, at Haycombe Crematorium Top Chapel, Whiteway Road, Bath. In lieu of flowers, please donate directly or via the collection to Macmillan Cancer Support in her memory.
